I am selling this car for my Aunt as she recently passed away at the age of 95, therefore this is an Estate Sale. I have the clear Title in hand and will transfer with a "Small Estate Affidavit", as I am the Trustee of her Estate.
My Aunt was the second owner having driven the car for the past 7 years at an average of 2,500 miles per year and overall a very low mileage car with only 57K miles, in total. The car was always serviced at a certified Mercedes dealer and after her death the car was taken to the local Mercedes dealer for a complete "A" level service and multi-point safety check, all passing without issue.
