Long story short. I don't know much about this Mercedes past, and owners, I'm telling you honestly what I got from the dealer whom I buy. OK. let,s do it.
Some Canadian Company was the first owner of this MB. from 2001. (regular maintenance, with the dealership they bought ) From the same Company, the retired director ( or gen. manager.?) buy it at 2007, He take it to the dealership for maintenance, check up, on 2010, and never come back to pay for, or pick up. A year later the service
learn it He died . In 2012 Dec. they put it on for sale. I bought it 2013 in January. This MB. was not used many years, just stand on the service back yard.
I called some auto mechanic guy at this area, ( who I know, and trust ) and ask to go there, take it His home, and make it ready for a long dive( Two days trip)
I was fly there, and drive it back home to Manitoba. On this long trip was nothing wrong this baby. She is smooth and perfect. I found it out, a 6 disc CD changer is missing. It is should be in the trunk, in safe place. Other than this, the A/C. is not blowing cold air, I did try almost everything what this MB. offer, and I found nothing wrong, everything is work. When we got home, I was see some minor rust spots ( not deep rust ) and I fix it. It is past a safety test at 2014 in July.
Since I drive 15 K. in it ( Summer, and Winter ) and no issue with it, Oh Yes, the A/C is blow ice cold air now! I was try to turn it on with a wrong button. ( wrong way.! )
Anyway I'm selling my 2001 Mercedes E320 4matic wagon. Not because I want to, just because I have to!
I have Two vehicle ( Jeep, and Mercedes ) and one of them have togo! I'm retired, and do not have garage anymore, for storage the oneInot drive. After longthinking, calculating,I made apainfuldecision, the Mercedes go!
The Jeep has Mercedes diesel engine,and a bit younger, so my best interest is keep the Jeep for the rest of my life.
The Mercedes is in good running condition, good tires, ice cold AC. ,trip Computer, etcanyway fully loaded, to much to list. Andsomething else, JUST ONLY TWO OTHER MB.E320 4Matic. WAGONIN THIS COLOR exist inthis country.! ( far as I know)

The price ? I'm not sure, but I'm sure, SHE needs a serious offer, and a good guy who taking care of Her, who knows what is He, or She buying.
If you buy it from Canada, Come and drive it home. From the US, I can drive it to the border, ( Manitoba- North Dakota) than you drive it trough the border, and take it home. And of course, after it is pay it full.! Pay pal, is a safer way for both of us, but I'm OK. with bank transfer, or Cash to.
