MERCEDES-BENZ: E-Class E320

This is a car from a very good friend, I´m helping him to sell it since no longer need it.
The car have been serviced few weeks ago with a major engine tune up, synthetic oil, new engine head gasket, spark plugs, spark plugs wires, engine coolant, etc.
Also, the battery is brand new from Sears.
The car is equipped with leather seats, auto transmission, power brakes, power steering, electric sunroof, mirrors and seats.
The car has been parked for at least two years with the implied goods and bads.
The odometer reads 145889 miles.
The four tires look in very good condition, the driving is very comfortable and the engine feels with a lot of power, the car runs fast and easy to drive anywhere.
The bads: The air conditioning is not working, the SRS light is on, and there are two missing plastic covers (one outside and below the windshield and other in the sill of left back door).
Even that the car have been parked outside, there are no rust at all. It´s amazing how this car still looks very beautiful and elegant.
As this car is seventeen years old, it does not have any warranty, the car is sold as is where is.
