Description
You are bidding on a 2003 CLK55 AMG in Silver. I'm the second owner since new.Featured car in the June 2013 edition of 'Mercedes Enthusiasts' front cover and article.
HPI Cleared by Mercedes Basingstoke - 23/01/15
New Michelin Pilot Sport tyres on 02/03/15
New brake pads and new front discs fitted 2015
Chelsea Mercedes service 14/05/14 and a service is not required for another 5600 miles
Recent MOT 23/03/15
Gearbox recondition and flush £2000+ recently spent.
Recent replacement of upper and lower thrust arms and roll bar bushes.
Recent replacement of the engine mounts - 18/12/14
Excellent bodywork for year. small chip on paintwork on rear wheel arch.
All leather seats, powered, and heated.
Glovebox needs attention.
Original nokia phone and wind deflector.
There are two points that do need attention. under heavy breaking there is a shuddering.
The other is an overrun in second gear when accelerating heavily, but the gearbox is still under warranty by
BK transmissions in Overton.
Original Mercedes Benz folder with a spare key.
Original paperwork since new, including original bill of sale.
Vinyl roof has had a recent waterproofing and the kit will be supplied with the car.
Bose audio system.
Powered hood works perfectly, and on a nice day with the roof down you can appreciate the V8 rumble.
Viewing welcome, and a test drive as long as you have insurance for the drive or i can drive you.
It has had a recent Valet, but i will get this done again for the winning bidder.
Company car forces sale.
