It is theresponsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle,and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and valueof this vehicle and to bid based upon that judgment.
Payments: A deposit of $500.00 via Paypal must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the Auction. The remaining balance must be paid within 3 days via Bank Wire, Cashier's Check, or Cash in person . However, the vehicle and title will not be released until payment clears our bank. Paypal will only be accepted for the $500 deposit.
Taxesand Fees: "Buyer" is responsible not only for knowing their own states'laws regarding taxes and fees, but also remitting the proper taxes,fees, and documents for their state. A $140.00 Auction services fee will be added to the sales price. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. California buyer's will also be charged sales tax, smog and registration costs.
Finalizing Your Purchase: Winningbidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail within 24 hours of the end ofthe auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to another qualified buyer.
