1997 Mercedes Benz SL500 SL1 Sport Convertible in Mint Condition
The car comes with the hardtop, the dolly for the hardtop (for when the soft top is used), the original car cover, and original hardtop cover. The car is in mint condition. I have all service records. Recently replaced the oil pump, and bulb behind the air conditioner display, along with all standard Mercedes Service before the summer. The Mechanic at the Southampton Long Island Mercedes Benz dealership said, "This is the cleanest R129 SL500 I've seen in years." The soft top looks brand new. The plastic windows are crystal clear, and show no signs of wear or fog. Every electrical function works perfectly. There were very few sport packages imported to the U.S. in 1997. This is one in MINT condition.
The Car has always been garaged. I have a folder with every service receipt through the life of the vehicle.
