4-Season Adventure Wagon(esque) Sprinter Van

This is the 2nd buildout in this 170 chassis. The first build was an adventure rig for the first 3.5 years of its life. It checked off all the adventure boxes in the western US and all sorts of trips were taken in this build: climbing, mountain biking, hiking, canyoneering, resort/backcountry skiing. You name it.
This new, fresh build was inspired by what was learned in those 3.5 years of adventuring—it’s the remedy to all the shortcomings of the first build. The fix was to remove all the non-functioning, clunky, #vanlife out it and build a simple, modular and highly durable interior designed for all kinds of adventures. We were inspired by Adventure Wagon’s (look em’ up!) superior design and then built our own version.
The intention was to keep this build so it’s a bittersweet goodbye. But we’re on to bigger (and more challenging) builds—like right now we’re renovating a 1989 32ft Airstream Excella.
*NOW —- ~January 15, 2022: The van is parked in Hamilton, ALthe closest airports are Birmingham (1.5 Hours drive) and Memphis (2 Hour drive).
