1963 Mercury Comet Custom 4 door sedan
Survivor Car. Original Paint Ocean Blue.
This was originally a 170/Merc-o-matic transmission. The car has 25K original miles.
Updates (all last winter)
V8 289 conversion
C4 Transmission.
New Aluminum Radiator.
Drilled and Slotted Disc Brake Conversion with dual master cylinder.
Universal Joints.
rear drum brakes.
Wiring harness.
Pertronixs ignition.
Single wire self regulated alternator (no more external voltage regulator)
14 inch chrome wheels with great tires.
Headman Headers to 2 ½ inch dual exhaust with 3 inch chrome tips.
Factory Radio (not working)
Electric cooling fan. Car runs at 190 degrees even on hot humid days.
Original Paint with patina, there is a slight dent on the right front fender and bumper from the mid 1970s
Solid car, undercoated, no rot or rust.
All original chrome
Clean trunk with spare tire and bumper jack.
This car is super reliable. Would consider trades twords a 56 chevy project.
