1979 Mercury Cougar

I have all receipts for recent work for 8/1/18 that included new starter, spk plug, air filter,oil filter, dist cap, dist rotor, plug wire set, and oil pan set. Also have receipts for new battery, radiator flush and filter replace. The tires are brand new with less than 150 miles including new spare. The body condition is excellent with zero/minimal rust. However the paint is extremely oxidized and faded, the half roof vinyl top needs replaced, there is hail damage to some of the chrome pieces but body is straight. Smokes on start-up with some lifter noise (do not know if tappets are adjustable on this year). will cruise nice at 70 and 80 but has a slight shimmy at 75 mph. Shocks are good and this vehicle floats down the road. Radio/sound system needs complete do over. Did not test the AC but all equipment is attached. Heater and defrost worked well. Glass is all good, minor chip upper right corner of windshield.
