Description
I found this vehicle in 2005; very close to my first car with a nearly identical interior. I had been looking for years. The car was bought at an estate sale; literally owned by an old lady and was in excellent shape; it ran and rode well, interior very clean and original, exterior and frame - no rust anywhere, Automatic with floor shifter. The rear bumper chrome has been pitted since the day I bought it but shines up very nicely. I did a near frame-off restoration in 2008 (pictures available) as I wanted the color and roof to match my first car. I have all receipts since I've owned it and it has been very well maintained. I use ethanol free premium gas with lead additive consistently. Runs and drives near perfectly. I am selling as my kids are grown and it's been fun but now I want a new toy. No trades please. I've kept the car running well and use it every summer since buying with my wife and kids. In the restoration I replaced all seat belts, radio, shocks, and many other parts. Major service since buying: Summer 2013: Transmission total rebuild; TCI automotive C6 Pro Super Kit with shift kit, Boss Hog torque converter, extra deep chrome pan and pump. 2014: full tune up, all filters, new master cylinder, carburetor (2 barrel) rebuild. 2015: Fresh oil and filter, first A/C recharge since I've owned it - ice cold R134A refrigerant. Just a fun car to have and enjoy. Buyer responsible for transporting vehicle.
