PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hrs of auctions end via PAY PAL or cash in person. I will accept Pay Pal FOR THE DEPOSIT ONLY. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of auctions end in the form of cash (In person) or cashiers check. All proceeds are to be in US funds. The reserve will not be discussed. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs & shipping arrangements. Also, the car is sold as is & with no warranty. THE CAR & OR TITLE WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL IT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL & OR FUNDS HAVE PROPERLY CLEARED THE BANK. NO EXCEPTIONS! The car has a clear New York title, no liens. I advise you to check with your home state for applicable registration info as I am not responsible for knowing them. I am very honest & value my excellent reputation more than anything! EQUIPMENT
This car has an excellent 3.0 DOHC 24 valve V-6 engine, an excellent automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, power windows, power locks, power mirrors, dual power seats, power trunk, leather seats, air conditioning, factory am/fm stereo cassette, cruise control, tilt wheel, interm wipers, electric rear defroster, factory fog lights, fold down rear seats, dual air bags, alarm, keyless entry & adjustable pedals.
DESCRIPTION
It runs, rides & drives excellent. The engine runs quiet & cool & the transmission shifts smoothly & as it should. There is a ding on the passenger front door, a small scraped ding that I touched up on the driver quarter & some scratches on the front bumper that I touched up as well. For all you picky people out there & to cover my butt, I'll say there are other extremely minor scratches here & there that may or may not have been touched up. Again, extremely minor & what you would expect on a used car. Also, the power mirrors work but stick on the side to side mode sometimes. Outside of that, EVERY OTHER FACTORY OPTION WORKS. The paint is showroom shinny, there is no body rust & the leather seats are showroom as well. It's an immaculate car, even in the trunk & the engine compartment. The frame, floors, rockers & undercarriage are extremely solid. The air conditioning blows cold & the heat is nice & warm. The exhaust is quiet, the suspension is tight & the brake pedal is right up there. The tires show some outer dry rot but they were good enough to pass the recent New York State inspection. It's a beautiful blue with gray interior.
