Description
1963 MGB MK1 Roadster for restoration.
This is a rare, and very desirable car to rebuild. This car needs a complete, albeit, ambitious, restoration, but this is the most desirable of the B's.
Pull handle doors, Aluminum hood, Toggle switches, Steel dash, etc. It would also make an excellent parts car. Your choice.
Previous owner replaced floors with sheet metal years ago. They still hold up, but should be redone along with rockers and fender bottoms. Trunk is fine, as is under the hood. Motor still turns, and car rolls free for easy loading. It was last on the road in 2001.
Please ask all questions before bidding.
Maine is a non- title state for vehicles of this vintage. As such, a bill of sale will be provided. Please make sure that a bill of sale is acceptable to customs, or your local authorities. There is also a reg. from the previous owner that has been bleached out from aging, but may, or may not still be traceable via the number on it.
A $ 250 non-returnable deposit via Paypal must be received within 24 hours of auction close.
I have advertised this car locally, and reserve the right to close the auction early.
