1975 MG Midget

You are bidding on a very original and complete 1975 MG Midget. I believe it has had 1 repaint in its original yellow color. A previous owner installed a Weber carb on it, which is a fairly common practice since the original Stromberg carb was impossible to keep tuned properly. There is rust, as can be seen in the pictures, along with a few rust holes in the floors, but it does not appear to me that any more than patches would be needed, rather than having to replace the entire floor, for example. The engine would turn over when I got the car about 2 years ago, but I haven't tried it since then. Being a 1975 model, it has the more desirable higher ratio rearend at either 3.7:1 or 3.9:1 (I'm not sure which) instead of the 4.3:1, resulting in better gas mileage. It doesn't appear that the car has ever been in an accident.
NOTE: I will replace the right front tire before the car is picked up so that the car will be in rolling condition with all 4 tires holding air.
