Description
1953 MG TD project. Features Volvo B18 engine/trans swap. MGB front disc brakes, MGB rear. New driveshaft. Frame solid, cleaned, painted. Body very good and mostly in primer. New 185 tires. The Volvo swap is fairly common in these cars. There is an active and large Volvo-powered TD group online. The B18 is very robust and powerful vs. the standard XPAG motortwice the horsepower and very durable. Transmission is 4 spd Volvo full syncro. Most parts are included. Will need interior and wiring. Have two AH3000 bucket seat frames which I planned on using. Many extra parts included. Health issues force sale. I would encourage viewing car located near Reading, PA.
