This is a car we don't see often. This one is powered by a Honda Spoon Racing engine. The Spoon Engine is a naturally aspirated, single overhead camshaft, 4 cylinder unit that develops 118bhp of power at 6600 rpm, and a maximum torque of 145N-m (107lb -ft/14.8kgm) at 4800 rpm. The engine supplies it's power through to the wheels via a manual 5 speed transmission.
Built to race, this little Mini was outfitted with this Spoon Engine just for speed. These engines are hand built in Japan by Spoon Sports. They are fast, reliable, and expensive.

This complete set of tires and wheels come with the car, but as you can see, they have curb rash. We believe a good wheel shop may be able to repair these. Mini Mania sells these wheels for $271. each, so if they are repairable it's a great savings.

This hole is at the top of the front passenger side above the windshield.

There are clubs that actually race these little Mini Coopers. This would be a great one to race on weekends.

There are a few cracks along the upper edge of the hood.
