LEYLAND MINI PANELVAN

1974 Leyland Mini Panel Van: This van needs a lot of work to put it back together; it has been stripped at some stage. It has a 998 cc engine which runs and is very quiet. It does blow smoke on start up. I checked the engine smoke situation with a Mini man I know and he feels that it may be valve stem oil seals or valve guides. In other words it will need engine repairs. I've driven it around my farm in first gear only as the clutch slave cylinder is probably seized. The body is quite reasonable and has been painted in red oxide. The major problem with the body is that the right hand sill panel is rusted out. I have found five extra areas of rust around the floors and guards. Not huge but still need work and money. However, the van comes with a brand new repo sill panel plus two new replacement front floor panels. There will certainly be some missing parts. There is no windscreen nor van side window glass supplied. The brakes are not working. A lot of work but this will end up a great little vehicle for the person that finishes the project. This is a complete restoration job.

Rear bumperettes.
Rear number plate panel.
Front parker/indicator assemblies.
Wiper arms and spindles.
Two extra wheels and tyres.
Door window glass and quarter vent glass and frames.
A good dash top.
Rear barn door window glass and rubbers.
Rear number plate lights.
