Description
I have this listed locally, and may end this at any time. Thanks!
Top of the line model. ALL THE EXTRAS. Heated seats, leather, etc. every item on the premium package inside and out.
Mechanically 99%. No major issues. No leaks. Well maintained. Drives great. Aftermarket upgrades. Way under average mileage.
Cosmetically 90%. Minor scratches and wear on driver seat. A few small dings on the front of the hood (could be buffed out). White stripe on hood shows normal heat wear. NOTHING above and beyond the usual for 10 years. Way under the normal amount of wear.
This car is quick. Aftermarket supercharger, intake, exhaust, and suspension parts converted this beast into a track car that you can still legally drive on the street (recently passed CA smog). She looks stock, but underneath is everything needed to post excellent times on the weekends.
You can cruise around town in low RPM range nicely. It pulls strong between 2k-3k RPM. The fun starts around 3700rpm. The torque curve shoots straight up and seems to never end as you approach 8k RPMs. Through gears 2 to 4 of the 6 speed gear box this sportster gets from 30mph to 100+mph in a blink.
However, for the past 4 years she has been carefully driven around the LA area. No track time since the aughts. She has been babied, and has extremely low mileage for her age (77,000). She's a spring chicken.
This is the OG styling, this model looked the best of all the Mini reboots to date, and will be highly collectable over the coming decade. Get this excellent example now, you won't regret it.
As a bonus, she comes with a factory OEM topcase. Turns her into the most bad@$$ looking roadtrip vehicle of all time. (Yes, she has cruise control).
List of upgrades:
Premium aftermarket rims. Upgraded supercharger intake. Upgraded suspension components. Carbon fiber hood scoop (functionally and cosmetically nice - not too large).
Clean Carfax report run recently and available for review.
Kelly Blue Book values this at $8,000 under the "very good" category. This car is easily very good, bordering on excellent. AND that is WITHOUT the OEM cargo holder on top. Which is easily worth another $500. Was probably a $1000+ factory charge.
