2004 Mini Cooper S, JCW S4972, only 81,600 miles! WMWRE33444TD86919, Pepper white with Anthracite, 17” R90 wheels, retractable 2-way sunroof, all leather interior, 6-speed manual Getrag transaxle with supercharged 1.6L engine. The John Cooper Works package includes suspension, handling, exhaust, and engine upgrades that are significant compared to the standard S package. The result is a quick, precise, yet comfortable car that is eager to GO NOW, and the engine pulls like a freight train with instant response and no turbo lag. This car has been well-maintained since new and is in very solid condition—not a show car but one that’s reliable and ready to go anywhere. There are a few small paint defects, tires are probably 10k from replacement ( this set is NOT run-flat like they should be), and some might find the suspension a little harsh on rough roads. The original racing stripes were removed some years ago, so the appearance isn’t very racy, but Surprise!—it’s a sleeper.
Next service is due in about 2500 miles and I will provide engine oil and filter and a few additional parts I’ve accumulated, along with the OEM toolkit, an air compressor, and a comprehensive service manual.
