Excellent power from the 1.6 supercharged engine, no knocks or bangs and doesn't use a drop of oil or water, just pulls and pulls. Handles like a go kart due to the Conti tyres and stops just as you would want with the upgraded brakes. I'm only selling as I've now outgrown the Mini and need something a bit larger. Please dont offer me swaps or PX, i'm looking for a cash sale only.
Any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me, and thanks for looking.
After reading through my ad again, Ive failed to list a few points:
There is only one key with the Mini, Ive been told that a new one is between £80-100 depending on which BMW dealer you order from (will deduct £80 from winning bid)
There is history up to 56000, the rest after that was done by the previous owner, with the mileage countdown reset each time
There is a small dent on the bonnet, not that noticeable unless viewed at the right angle, will update with a pic on Wednesday evening
Small paint scuff on the rear bumper, will update with a pic at the same time as the bonnet one
I have been asked a few times now about the condition of the gearbox and if there is any noises etc. The gearbox and clutch are in perfect working order, silky smooth between changes. The gearbox issues with Minis stems from the Cooper and One, which were fitted with a 5 speed box. The Cooper S was fitted with a stronger 6 speed unit to cope with the extra engine power and provide a more economical car.
This is a NO RESERVE listing, and if you have a search on eBay, Autotrader and Gumtree you will find that a Mini with this spec is selling for £3000+ so grab yourself a bargain!!
