Description

For sale is my 2007 R56 Mini Cooper S JCW. This is the proper JCW with the tuning kit and not a replica with the aero body kit fitted on.I have owned this car since 2012. I bought this off a gentlemen who bought this car as a CAT D to repair and make a small profit on. The parts used wore genuine mini parts with receipts to prove. It had the front bumper, wing and wheel arch liner replaced. This has been my daily driver since i bought it and has never let me down, been a great car and a pleasure to drive. Reason why I'm selling is i am now self employed and am a courier driver, right now i hire the company van which i pay £180 a week so realistically i need a van asap in order to save £720 over month so the mini needs to go in order for a van. Up until 3 months ago since i started my courier job i drove this little rocket everyday but these days i just don't have the time, iv only driven it properly 3 days since i started my job and i drive it every sunday and take it for a quick 25/30 min spin around the block to make sure the battery stays charged up, nuts and brakes don't go rusty etc.
Just before i started my new job i spent 3 days polishing and waxing the mini, while the result aint perfection it has come up a treat and the paintwork has a new life of colour.
Don't be put of by the CAT D title as that would be your biggest mistake, the car drives faultlessly and effortlessly, and the power and turbo will definatly put a smile on anyones face.
This car comes with so many extras, i think the only extra it didn't come with is the Recaro seats and brembo big brake kit but apart from that it has auto lights and wipers, heated leather seats, Harman Kardon sound system with a factory fitted subwoofer and tweeters, rear parking sensors, Sat Nav, keyless entry and start, heated front and rear windscreens.

The car mechanically is solid. Main dealer history unto 30k and then self serviced by myself every 3/5k miles depending on where iv driven e.g. 3k if driven around London and 5k if driven long distance. I am a huge car enthusiast and take care of my cars as they are my pride and joy, i have only used the best parts and oils for this car and have never cut corners. I have receipts to prove the parts i have used and the prices iv paid. Using Castrol Edge and Motul Oils, ITG filters are just a small example. Last service wasn't even 1000 miles ago, and if the new owner wants, il happily do a service infront of them as i have plenty of Castrol Edge oil at home and can pick an an oil filter etc from my local halfords round the corner. Please do not be mistaken by a boy racer and a car enthusiast. yes i am in my mid 20's and yes i have put my foot down on open roads, but i have not abused it, ragged it over speed humps etc. This car has been taken great care off and will not disappoint the new owner.
So the engine and gearbox are in great condition, onto the body work.
The body work too is a very good condition, it has been polished and waxed as mentioned before please bear in mind this car is 8 years old and has been a daily driver for me, so there will be cosmetic imperfections, nothing too serious worth mentioning about but with a small amount of TLC you will have a showroom condition car.
Other bad points.
Passengers side mirror glass has cracked(ordered a new one)
Small chip in windscreen (will try and have it fixed by autoglass)
And the most important thing thats bugged me recently, one of the passengers side seat sensor has been damaged or needs replacing as the symbol pops up on the screen.
Car just passed its MOT (21/10) with no advisories.
Private reg not inc
Original reg is KL07NBF
will edit this as i go along as I'm sure iv left a thing or two out but thats about it for now
Like i said, small amount of TLC and you'll have an awesome motor on your hands.

any questions please ask away
Cars located in Leighton Buzzard LU7, viewing can be arranged most likely Thursdays and Sundays
Just came back from its MOT today with no advisories.
The government have launched a new website where you can check a cars previous MOTs and see what kind of life its had.
Either type in my private reg or the original reg stated above, but from the history, the car has never needed anything apart from the usual tyres and brakes etc so gives you an idea the car is mechanically sound
