My very well looked after Mini Cooper S. 2005 54 Plate, Supercharged R53
With just over 70,000 miles on the clock with part history, this is an amazing example of the ever-popular, first generation R53 model, supercharged from the original Cooper 130bhp to 170bhp.
Black with white stripes, roof and alloys, JCW trim on the side panels and sills - this is a unique Mini Cooper S. Half leather, in good condition.
Those who know anything about the original R53 model, there was a factory issue with the Power Steering Pump and the back boxes tend to rust. We have had a new Power Steering Pump fitted (3 weeks ago with Lifetime/Unlimited Mileage guarantee) and a full Exhaust Refit last Friday. Discs and pads replaced 3 months ago. Full service and 2 new tyres back end of last year, only a couple of thousand miles ago. It will be sold with a brand new MOT so there will be no money to spend for the foreseeable future!
It has professionally fitted Parrot Bluetooth, worth around £250 - the MKi9200, colour display.
I am selling only due to starting a catering business and needing something larger and more practical. I am hugely disappointed to be selling as it is so much fun! No problems at all, bar the power steering. There is a small patch of rust which has been repaired just under the rear window sill. If you have the money, I would get the wheels white powder coated again as there are a couple of paint chips which happened some muppet replaced the tyres! Bodywork in fabulous condition, no dents, scrapes or noticeable scratches.
There are a million options to upgrade this car, however this car is 100% standard, never been fettled with!
This car is in outstanding condition for its age. Anyone who is looking at this car will probably know what they are looking for so I won't labour the details - any specific questions however, please ask.
