Mini one red 2004 low miles

Hi, for sale is my daughters car, bought approx 8 years ago from a lady owner, one previous before that so 3 owners,non smoker, 2 keys, in very good condition for age,interior same, if further pictures required please ask, electric windows and air con [ salt and pepper pack I think it's called ] low miles, not much history as any servicing has been done either in house or locally, runs very well, feel confident first to view will buy, advertised for £2000 [ not £1850 or £2250 ] but £2000, not being familiar with selling cars any questions please ask, reason for sale is a new car is on it's way however this is not until 05-12-2015 so cannot release until then though we would take a 10% deposit, cash on collection and no warranty given or implied, collection from Romford, Essex. P.S Problems apparently are rear wiper sometimes stops in the middle of the window and a slight noise from the exhaust
