Hello and welcome to my auction of an immaculate 2009 1.4 Mini One, finished in a rather unique Lightning Blue Metallic, with a nice stance sitting on 15" alloy wheels.
The Mini has covered 87000 miles, in which it has all of the Mini One extras including air conditioning, start/stop button, electric windows and mirrors, on board computer ( Driver Information System), heated insulation glass all round with a CD radio. It also benefits from optional extras like Aux-in so you can connect your phone/ipod and play music through the car, runflat tyre indicators, passive monitoring of all 4 wheels with a status indicator light and comfort plus windows (One touch down, one touch up on drivers side).
This car has been extensively looked after where no cost has been spared and these are very reliable and cheap to run. Tax is around £60 per 6 months and £15 fuel will get you around 140 Miles, it is also a very low insurance group as it is the smallest engine of the different Mini variants but still has the power to comfortably manage hills and also overtake without needing to come down a gear.
This is a one owner from new car and comes with both of the remote key fobs, all paperwork, including the original leather folder and all manuals from factory.
The MOT will run out on the 4th of April, but I will get the car MOT'd for a further 12 months for the new owner at no extra cost in which it will pass first time due to the mechanics overview of the car and the extensive amount of work recently carried out in which all of the work was either wear and tear or is scheduled like a service or timing chain change.
Recent work carried out consists of:
Brand new Timing chain kit including tensioners and pulleys
Full major Service (Oil Filter, Cabin Filter, 4x Platinum Spark Plugs, Air Filter, 5L of Premium Oil)
Brand new thermostat and thermostat housing
Brand new water Pump and Pulley
New Rear Pads
The car comes has full service history with 8 stamps in the book and a recent invoice for the above work that was carried out.
It has also recently been showroom finished to remove any imperfections and to also bring back its original shine in which it went through a 2 day, 3 stage procedure where the paintwork was flattened, smoothed and then polished out to the same colour you would have seen it back in the showroom in 2009.
All of this work has been carried out within the past 6 weeks and it has only done around 100 miles since all works have been completed so it is all ready to go, will just need tax!
The retail value of these can be anything up to £5700 and auto-trader values this exact car in 'average condition' at £4459 in which this one is immaculate and is by far one of the cleanest examples and best maintained you will find on the road today regardless of age.
As you have probably noticed, Minis depreciate very slowly due to the beauty of these being made by BMW regardless of age and mileage they still hold their value and are priced on the variant (JCW, Cooper S, Cooper, One) as well as the overall condition.
All I require is for £100 deposit to be paid through Paypal/bank transfer at the end of Auction and then the rest can either be through bank transfer or cash on collection, whichever is most convenient for you.
