1996 Delica Super Exceed 4x4 Camper or tradie van going cheap!!

Up for sale is my beloved 1996 Super exceed Delica- only selling as I am going overseas. I need to sell ASAP and have reduced the start price accordingly. My loss is your gain.
It comes with many extras and I have spent thousands on it in the last six months- comprehensive receipt service diary maintained and included in sale.
I have kept a meticulous diary with receipts of the services and work I have done on this vehicle. It has been a great and reliable vehicle and up until 3 weeks ago I was driving it to Sydney and back weekly (400km).
When I first bought this Delica it needed work on the suspension, surface rust spots and it was overheating.
I have fitted a new radiator and overflow bottle and it has not overheated and I have spent loads on the suspension and control arm bushes- see below for more info.
I have not fixed the surface rust spots yet- see photos.
It drives well and is registered. It is available to be viewed by inspection in Port Macquarie NSW on Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd June.
THE POSITIVES:
- Fuel Pump Rebuild Last year, cost $3000. Major bonus for new owner to already have this done, fuel pumps are the main cause for Delica breakdowns.
- Heavy Duty Bullbar (~$2800 new)
- Heavy Duty Roof Racks (great to climb on to have your morning coffee when out camping)
- Under engine Bash Plates
- Rear Ladder
- False floor with large storage drawers- perfect for camping and also to use as a tradie- felt covered floor and provides heaps of storage. Great to sleep on for two people comfortably.
- Five sunroofs, all electric and working. These are amazing when you are camping, sleep under the stars.
- Tow ball and electrical connection for trailers
- Snorkel
- Two brand new Tyres (and wheel alignment)
- New Kenwood Stereo with bluetooth
- Meticulous diary with receipts and services
- New Dobinson shock absorbers installed in front of vehicle in March, I have bought rear Dobinshon Shock absorbers but have not had them fitted, will include in sale (cost $250)
- New front control arm bushes fitted in February this year
- New exhaust fitted in January this year
- New radiator and overflow bottle fitted in December 2014
- Spare fan belts and radiator hoses
- Oricom UHF CB Radio
- 2 rear spotlights and 6 forward spotlights
- Good spare tyre
- All curtains included, these make it dark enough to sleep during the day
- This vehicle currently only has the two front seats fitted, but I will include the other 5 seats should you wish to interchange with false floor drawers
- Registered until 5/6/15
- I just returned from a 2 week trip and the battery was flat, but started no problem with jumper leads and then drove well.
THE NEGATIVE
- Three surface rust spots (Tail gate, above front windscreen and rear windscreen), the pic of the tailgate shows the worst rust spot by far. My dad is a panel beater and we were going to fix them, but haven't gotten around to it. I have never seen any rust in the undercarriage or chassis. I will happily take more pics if required or welcome to come and see the clean undercarriage this for yourself.
- A few scrapes
- Drivers seat has a tear, I took the seat covers off so it is not hidden
- Drivers side seat belt sometimes likes to play tricks, but generally works

Also- I would encourage potential buyers to ask questions of the Delica Club online, they are very helpful and will give an unbiased opinion on Delica's that are for sale. They were very helpful to me when I bought this vehicle.
