2012 Mitsubishi Evolution GSR

firstlet me say there is a lien on the vehicle, once payment is made I cansame day go to bank and retrieve a lien release and send in the mail orbuyer can come with.
2012GSR I purchased July 2016, when I purchased the vehicle it had 18,000miles and was completely stock inside and out, the exterior is stillstock just with the addition of mudflaps for obvious reason. vehiclegarage kept and stored for winter, honestly even if it rains I don't even drive it.. partly the reason I am parting ways, I just don'tdrive it as much as it deserves.
all maintenance is kept up on all fluids have been changed and upgraded , rear end, trans, eng, brake/clutch mc . etc
all alterations done to the car happened around 22,000miles, car currently has 27,000miles
engine oil changed every 1,000-2,000 miles with motul 300v
sparkplugs changed every 3,000 miles, mostly because I would pull to checkand figured well I got them out why put a used part in,. brake andclutch fluid is motul dot 4 . evo cocktail mix in trans,
