Description
I will be traveling a lot over the next 15 months so unfortunately, I have to sell my favorite car. I bought this car brand new in January 2008 and put every mile on it myself (except the 1700 that I bought it with). I can answer ANY question about the mechanical service I have done with it and have documentation of EVERY oil change, new tires, and Manufacturer Required Service. I literally have EVERY receipt from this car.
*Mileage- Every year I have averaged less around 10K. Total mileage (slightly varied from photo) is about 70,000.
*Tires- Brand new tires only 700 miles on them w/ wheel locks from Discount Tire!
*Brakes - Premium rear brakes pads installed and rotors turned <1000 miles ago. ABS works perfectly
*Electronics - All power windows, locks, steering, brakes, sunroom, A/C, Heat work PERFECTLY. Navi, MP3, DVD player works and is perfectly visible. Steering wheel controls for the radio only work when steering wheel is turned. I read this is a common problem for these cars. The Cruise control on the steering wheel does however, work perfectly.
*Engine - Automatic Transmission. Never had a problem, bad smell, or unexpected service done. 60K mile service was completed in April '13 and have documentation. Oil changed every 3K miles until about 40K. Now I change it every 4K. (Maintenance records shown in photos below are programmable in the Multi-Communication System)
*Modifications - I wrapped the steering wheel with paracord to reduce the heat on it and my hands while driving on hot days. It can be easily removed if you wish. Everything else is stock.
*Body - front bumper is dinged from rolling into a car in front of me in traffic. Rear bumper is dinged from a car rolling into me but on a different occasion. There are several, hardly noticeable door dings from living in LA. From the photos and about 5 feet away, NOT a scratch is noticeable!
*Interior - Leather seats are in VERY GOOD condition. No rips, stains or holes. Never smoked in. Carbon fiber trim on dash and doors adds sporty and clean look.
Registered and smogged until November 2015!!
This car is literally ready for another 6 years without problems if maintained as I have. If I don't get a fair offer, I will keep the car, park it and suspend the insurance while I'm traveling the world because the car is that reliable and strong. The Blue Book value is $11453 and Edmunds Dealer Retail Value is $10433, so I feel my price is fair.
