Description
Everything
working. 7 seats all with seat belts. Brakes totally reconditioned at Mitsubishi
Launceston in December 2015 and
engine/transmission overhauled at 210,000 km.
Auto gearbox with column selector + overdrive.
Body is straight, Central locking works as does COLD Air conditioning and all lights.
Sliding door has been totally refitted at over $500.00 parts cost in January 2016, with all new moving parts including new centre body slide.
Windscreen has crack in centre below line of vision which has been stabilised. Overall, this van runs really smoothly and is ideal travelling wagon, but is slow on take-off because of engine capacity. Nevertheless, it cruises MOST economically, rear wheel drive and with engine access through front bonnet - NOT under the front seats.. The van was fitted with new tyres in December 2015. Correct mag wheels remain from era of purchase with original towbar & trailer socket. Radio is Pioneer brand & includes CD player.
We no longer need a people mover because younger members of our family have returned to the mainland. This Starwagon would have to be the cheapest reliable Automatic vehicle of it's kind currently available in Tassie.
