Downsizing need a smaller car for work Don't need a big 4X4 anymore

Good points:
Mitsubishi Pajero Np 2003 model, 7 seater, manual, air condition, power steering, power windows, dual airbags, CD stacker, cruise control, ABS brakes, Alloys, nudge bar, keyless entry, 212000ks
Bad points is when we brought it 4 years ago it had a dint in the front passanger side guard panel it has never bothered us so we never fixed it the previous owner got quoted $500 to me it doesn't stand out only if your looking for it so that;s why we never bothered. (i have included photo's of it)
Keyless entry is playing up i have replaced the battery but still not working so not sure what's wrong thereHas a oil leak only minor. So will need some $$ spent on it not a lot i don't think for roadworthy i just don't have the money or time to get it done reason i will be selling un registered and i want a quick sale
It is my daily car i use and have kids so does show signs of normal wear n tear. Could do with a good detail inside and out, I keep it as clean as i can being a busy mum!
