Description
Immaculate 2001 Mitsubishi Shogun Sport Equippe in deep metallic blue.
MOT Feb 2015 (no advisories) Taxed until end of July. Only 124000 miles.
New clutch December 2014 (receipt is available)
New brake discs and pads all round (receipt is available)
New rear tyres and the fronts are perfect with lots of tread
Recent Gates timing belt and tensioner etc along with the balance belt and all other drive belts (receipt is available)
New glow plugs (receipt is available)
Exhaust is in perfect condition and gives a lovely truck like burble
The chassis is very solid
The powerful and reliable Mitsubishi 2.5 turbo diesel is in fantastic condition and is smooth and smoke free and it gives a good 35 mpg average. The Sport has a manual gearbox with high and low -4x4 as well as high -2x4 and drives it like new.
The truck comes with all the Equippe extras including electric sunroof with one touch tilt and slide, aircon, remote central locking,one touch electric windows, side steps, rear spoiler,sports interior and a load cover.
The interior is in fantastic condition. All electrics work including the compass and it's illumination.
Towbar with electrics, so perfect for large caravans.
All in all this is a lovely truck, great fun with lots of room (rear seats fold to provide an almost two metre load bed), smooth driving with lots ofpower, no clunks or rattles. Genuinely fantastic condition with no issueswhatsoever, one of the best around and mechanically superb.
Might take a cheaper part exchange up to £1200.00 such as a Jeep, Maverick, Outlander,MPV, Estate or WHY but please no rubbish and I'm not interested in a saloon or hatchbackcar.
Reason for sale - I just fancy a different weekend car.
The only minor issues to consider are: the electric aerial doesn't work. Goes up and down manually fine though, aircon could be colder, only one key and remote fob but cheap to add more. That's it!
