Description

Up for sale is my 1970 Morris Mini K set up for track. Engine built by KG Engineering in Bayswater, Melbourne.

Suspension and Brakes:
-Has adjustable tyre-rods and adjustable camber arms.
-Front and Rear height adjustments with fully adjustable rear end.
-Dry Cone suspension.
-Rear shocks absorbers (spax gas), Big bore AVO shocks on front
-Has Cooper S disc brakes on front, Rear has light weight mikki fins.

Differential:
-Torque master LSD differential
-3.7 diff ratio

Wheels
-10x5.5 ROH Mag wheels
-Hoosier tyres and 2 new spare tyres To be sold with the car.

Transmission:
-4 speed transmission with 3 speed syncro-meshed gearbox with straight cut close ratio gears
-Competition heavy duty syncro rings
-Gearbox has been fully rebuilt with all new bearings, shafts and gears assembled by KG Engineering

Induction/Exhaust:
-45mm weber with long manifold to suit fully modified cylinder head
-Custom brownlow extractors

Engine:
-Forged crankshaft manufactured by KG Engineering with cosworth pistons
- Bored and stroked engine block, 1550cc
-Adjustable Cam pulleys
-1.5 forged rockers
- Lightened flywheel
-Valves and head modified
- The Engine has been fully reliable with a 11.1 compression ratio
-Dyno tested 91Hp at wheels tourque 260, 68 kw at 6000rpm


Other Features:
-Steel roll bar made by bond, Sabelt racing seat And 3 point harness points.

The car does not have rust in floor on drivers side, It just has paint lifting as can be seen in the photos. Has had passenger floor replaced at some stage of its life by previous owner.
The mini is always started regularly when stored in the shed. Reliability has always been excellent.
Trailer for the mini can also be negotiated on top of the sale.
