Morris Mini

For Auction is this 1963 Morris Mini which is ready for a restoration. We bought the car with the intention of restoring but circumstances have changed. The car is fairly original inside and has the typical wear that would be expected for a 52 year old car. The previous owner has painted the car some time ago and done a rough job, there doesn't appear to be much rust in the car, the floors will need some minor work, along with the drivers side inner sill, passenger side door and a few odd parts around the body, Most of the exterior trim is complete and has the original wheels and hubcaps.
The interior is worn for the age but is all complete and we have been told the front seats are from a cooper s, all the original instruments work and the interior is complete apart from the passenger side door trim. The lights work and everything else is there to work with. Mechanically the car is sound, the motor (believed to be the original 850 motor) does blow some smoke when it's first started but runs well and has not been tampered with and the gearbox is in good working order. The car doesn't over heat and could be driven as is and would have no issues being loaded on a trailer or permit to drive it somewhere. The car comes with an original owners manual. Over all this is a great car to do a full restoration on or fix up and drive it without to much work. we are happy to assist with pick up or local delivery if it needs to be transported.
