Description
ADMINISTRATORS AUCTION
Up for grabs is the fantastic little 1961 Morris Minor 1000 2 door. The car itself came off a deceased estate in Whittlesea and is now up for auction as the administrator has said sell! The car has been stored in a shed the last 11 years and was last driven by the actual owner, when it was decided she couldn't legally drive anymore. The interior and all other aspects of the car are in great condition and are very original. I have started the car but it has fuel pump issues, and will only run on the amount of fuel that is poured down the carby at any one time. At some stage an SU electric fuel pump has been fitted, however this seems to be currently inoperative. It would make an excellent little restoration project or simply drive it as it is.
The car was towed from Whittlesea to our storage in Sunshine where it remains, and only required a little air in the tyres to get it mobile.
The Morris can be viewed anytime upon appointment also.
The starting bid is the reserve price, which is quite low considering the cars overall condition.
I can be contacted via email, or simply give me a buzz on 0421 006 383
