Description

Hello. I have mine S-chassis for sale. I bought it as an automatic and converted to manual. Manual gearbox came from ex-drift car, so it whines, but runs fine for since I bought it. I was planning to keep it, but I'm gonna get a degree and leave the country. I was doing every repair by myself to make sure everything was done properly. I am a car mechanic and doing it also as a hobby. Car was never drifted or trashed. It has never let me down. CA18DET Engine sounds healthy and there is no strange noises or knocks. Turbo is in good condition. Fitted with Mongoose stainless exhaust. Pulls well and does not smoke.
Good points:
-converted to manual
-new rockercover gaskets
-new back crankshaft ring seal (gearbox side)
-new Exedy Stage 1 organic clutch
-replaced fan belt and alternator belt
-new timing belt and tensioners (done 8k miles since)
-fitted BOV (car comes with original pipes too)
-new rubber boot going under gear lever
-new water pump replaced few weeks ago
-replaced rear frame bushes and rear stabilisator bushes to medium-hard polybushes
-done some welding which was needed to MOT it
-oil and filter replaced 2k miles ago
-diff and gearbox oil replaced while doing clutch about 2 months ago
-fuel and air filter replaced 8k miles ago
-new battery
-new vacuum hoses
-new diff oil pump hoses
-new fuel hoses in engine bay
-4 decent tyres fitted last year
-new front and rear brake pads
-one rear caliper seal replaced (another in goodybag)
-replaced fuel tank straps to Skyline R32 ones (old ones were rotten)
Now bad bits:
-few spots of rust (arches partially fixed and boot lid), also there is a small hole under passengers mirror
-diff side propshaft sometimes knocks. Slightly loose
-whining gearbox. It was working and whining since I bought it and never had problems with it. Replaced one bearing in it. After that, whines a bit quieter.
-there is only one hole in underbody which MOT tester didn't spot
-slight oil leak from the engine (I suspect camshaft seal)
Comes with a goodybag:
-front crankshaft seal (or camshaft, they are the same)
-S14 rear and front brake calipers
-post-facelift (Chuki) complete front bumper
-rear end polybushes set
-RB25DET air flow meter
-new clutch slave cylinder
-new Wilwood clutch master with custom pipes (Wilwoods imperial holes to metric fittings)
-additional inlet manifold
-few different BOVs
-Ill give new arc welder for free, because I wont need it. Bought new for 120 quid
I might have forgotten about some features or defects, but I will put them down here asap. I have more photos of it, so do not hesitate to ask.
