The Nissan Fairlady Z Twin Turbo is an iconic classic Japanese muscle car. This example has just 48k original miles on it and is exceptionally unique. The exterior has been extensively modified creating a one off wide body using all metal front and rear fenders, which have been painstakingly crafted by hand. The front bumper has been upgraded to an Evolution Type II unit which features custom side splitters and a one off front lip. Replacing the OEM fog lights are brake duct inlets giving an even more track ready feel to the updated front end. The front fenders are wider than stock, and are one off metal fenders with a vent added to the rear of the fender. The work looks top notch as they flow perfectly with the natural lines of the car. Nismo clear marker lights have been swapped in lieu of the original orange markers. A pair of powered Bomex side mirrors replace the stock pieces and create a considerably more sleek profile. The side skirts are modified Evolution units and match the rear metal wide body particularly well. As we mentioned, the rear fenders have also been widened using all metal, and the fabrication is top notch. In the rear you'll find a one off carbon trunk spoiler, '99 spec OEM tail lights, and a one off rear diffuser attached to a modified Evolution rear bumper. Underneath all of this one off body work is a massive set of 19" Volk SF-Winning wheels, rounding out the beautifully aggressive look of this Fairlady Z.
Not to be outdone the interior features many quality upgrades, just like the exterior, and is equally as clean. The dash is very nice and shows no cracks and only minimal sun damage. The factory seats have been replaced with an extremely rare set of Purple Recaro SR-IV, which feature a very limited edition color combination. The center fabric does show some wear but is still available from Recaro if you wanted to restore them back to brand new. The rear seats are in excellent condition and show no major wear. The door panels are both in excellent shape, along with the carpet and all interior panels (which are present and in good condition.) An aftermarket double din head unit replaces the original single din unit and several engine monitoring gauges have been added as well; including an Apexi Rev/Speed meter, Apexi Boost Gauge, and an Apexi AFC.
Mechanically this Fairlady is in excellent, well maintained condition. The VG30DETT engine fires up immediately and idles smoothly. A Kakimoto catback exhaust system produces a beautiful tone from the twin turbo V6 and E85 flex fuel adds a bump in power as well as a Haultech ECU. A pair of Blitz BOV's help maintain the life of the turbos and sound great. R33 GTR front mount intercooler. The increase in cold charge air increases horsepower noticeably and gives a much more aggressive look to the front end. A set of Tein coilovers help correct the ride height and perfect the overall presence of the car. 5 Speed manual.
