Nissan : 300ZX Twin Turbo

This is a 1991 300 ZX Twin Turbo. I am the second owner and have all original receipts and the original bill of sale to the original owner. I have owned this car for the last two years and it is an absolute pleasure to drive as it still drives like new and is indeed a fast car and deserves all of the accolades it received from the automotive journalists in the early to mid-90’s.
The only reason I am considering selling this car is that I have other sports cars and interests and I am thinking of making some room and time to enjoy them. Below are some points of interest on this beauty:
Z TT is in exceptional condition both physically and mechanically. (underneath the car looks like it’s been barely used) It's sure to be a collector if not already somewhat, finding a car like this in this condition is very rare.
This car has won several “STOCK” 1st. place finishes in the USA including 1st place at the National Z Show (ZCON) in New Hampshire 2013 and GOLD at the National ZCON. This alone gives you a good idea of the like new condition it is in.
Here in Canada since I have owned it, it has won 1st. place “STOCK” at the 2014 Ontario Z Car Association (ZFEST) and it won again this year 1st. place “STOCK” for the 2015 Ontario Z Car Association ZFEST.
Car has been garage kept its entire life both with the original owner and by myself (I have pictures of the original owner’s garage with the car who was a car collector). I have kept and maintained this car with nothing to spare.
Engine bay is unbelievably clean and anyone who sees this car always remarks on how it looks brand new in every way.
I've put Brembo new Break discs all around and new carbon pads.
There are brand new KONI shocks all around.
I've upgraded the factory stereo to a brand new tastefully done system .head unit, speakers, amplifier, custom sub-woofer that doesn't take away from the cars stock look, etc. the old BOSE systems that came with these cars always failed after a few years and the amplifiers were built into the speakers which is a proprietary nightmare so the entire system was replaced. However, I have the original radio and the original CD player which like the car are in like new condition.
The car also has a performance chip that the original owner did early on when he bought the car. Therefore the car produces even better performance from stock.
Speaking of the original owner, he is a Dr. in New Jersey and he absolutely babied this car like I have. I have a lift in my garage and the car always sits on the top rack and is always covered etc.
The car is a pleasure to drive, it's very fast, handles tight and feels like it is brand new and still smells new. I only use synthetic oil and nothing but the best when it comes to service. Car is only serviced by Whitehead Performance in Toronto who are Z experts. Also, the car has brand new rear tires that I purchased this June again, best Bridgestone’s I could find and they have less than 100km on them.
Timing belt has been done by Whitehead performance as a precaution due to the age of the old belts
Over the last 2 years I have spent $12k on the items above that I mentioned. None of these items had to be absolutely done but I'm a car guy and I wanted the car to be in the best shape possible. Mainly because of OCD behavior. As a matter of fact the previous owner jokingly considered himself to be OCD so the ZTT has had a lifetime of 2 guys that have absolutely babied her.
Serious inquiries only please. I am not in any desperate state to sell this car and as I said before I’m only making some room as I don’t drive this car all that much. Having said that I won't sell this car to anyone that I feel is going to heavily modify her or anything of that sort. I want to make sure this special car goes to the right person.
