Description
Nissan Exa with CA18DET turbo engine conversion and Chameleon paint that changes to 7 different colours in the sunlight. Paint is in immaculate condition except a small area on the front lower bumper. Interior is in excellent condition.
Engine has been fully rebuilt with all stock Nissan parts and running stock boost. Have rebuilt the 5 Speed LSD gearbox. Has front mount intercooler and T28 turbo with aftermarket exhaust manifold and 3 inch dump pipe and full exhaust. Have upgraded rear brakes to N13 pulsar disc brakes and calipers and front brakes upgraded to SSS Pulsar discs and calipers and running a Pulsar master cylinder and vacuum pump. Have changed fuel pump to a Walbro fuel pump. 17 inch chrome mags with brand new tyres. Has pedders lowered suspension. Has HID headlight conversion.
Car needs a tune but runs and drives fine. Selling with some spare parts - spare ecu, spare boost gauge, nuts/bolts and other hardware I have acquired over the years, standard exhaust manifold, etc
I have had the car since 2001 when I bought it and have meticulously looked after it with regular services and have always taken care of the paint. I have spent months in the garage completing the conversion, and cleaning the car up while it was pulled apart. Then I sent it to a mechanic to complete the engine loom conversion, make up the intercooler piping and exhaust, and get the car running.
Have spent big dollars on this car like $4000 for engine, paint is worth $7000, new tyres, fuel pump, and fully rebuilt gearbox $1000. Have only driven it up my street regularly to keep engine in good condition and outside to wash the car to keep the paint in excellent condition.. Only selling as I have to move to Perth and I won't have the money to transport it over, very reluctant sale will be sad to see it go but will need the cash to fund the move.
