Description
For sale is our 2005 Nissan Murano which we have owned for around 3 years.
We bought it with the intention of converting to LPG and immediately converted it using the BRC Supermax kit with digital flash lube (valve lubrication) at Clyde Motor Engineering in Glasgow at a cost of £2100 and have receipts. The equivalent mpg on LPG is 40mpg and a tank of gas costs under £40 which will get you 250 miles (more if long motorway journey). Car also runs on petrol at the press of a button or automatically switches over if you run out of gas. Tank hidden under boot floor so no loss of boot space.
Usual high Murano spec including full leather interior, sat nav (2013 edition), reversing camera, multi changer, heated front seats, electric power seats etc. (all Murano's are same spec as there was no optional extras as they all came as standard).
Long MOT and has had 2 recent new front tyres. Car had full service history when i bought it and has since been regularly serviced by a friend who is a fully qualified mechanic (no stamps but are recorded in log book).
Mileage is currently 74,500 miles but is being used so will go up slightly.
As car is a 2005 model, the road tax is capped (think it is £260 for 12 months).
No particular reason for sale, just tend to change every 3 years so putting it out there to see if there is any interest.
