Description
1994 - Nissan Navara D21 dual cab. 2.4 litre, 4cyl auto.
ALL REASONABLE OFFERS CONSIDERED
Petrol & Gas - Gas tank has plenty of life left as only installed in 2011. Have certificate of installation.
Power Steering, air Conditioning, removable fiberglass rear pod, roller roof racks, bull bar and tow bar (Only ever towed a 6x4 trailer from time to time)
Body is very straight, only a couple of very small dents, no rust and the tyres have plenty of tread.
Interior in very good condition, everything works plus CD Stereo.
The starter motor was replaced about 6 months ago.
The Not So Good
The transmission has just started slipping when gets is hot.
The engine runs perfect however the timing chain rattles a little when the car is cold. I was told 5 years ago the timing guides were worn and that although annoying, it could just keep running. Well 5 years on and it’s no different. The engine runs very well and has never missed a beat, always serviced.
The starter motor was replaced about 6 months ago.
Overall
This car is just too good to scrap. It is well suited to someone with the knowledge and time to fix the transmission. If you decide to scrap it, you will get some very good parts off it.
As its being sold without a RWC, I will be cancelling the registration.
However, I am happy to provide a Vic Roads permit to the buyer for it to be driven away and to give the buyer a chance to drive it around for the purpose of getting it back on the road.
