Nissan NV2500 V8 Van RV Conversion - $7,500 in upgrades 375HP tows 9500lbs!!!!!!

Excellent condition 2019 Nissan NV2500 camper van RV conversion. No ordinary van - huge 375hp V8 engine and $7,500 in upgrades! Tows 9500lbs, equivalent to 3/4 ton truck, you can haul a huge trailer! It comes ready for adventure with a large roof rack ($1100), exterior ladder ($450), hitch cargo carrier 450lbs capacity, rooftop balcony, roof-mounted MaxxFan vent ($500), factory installed steel shelving system ($2150), factory installed steel partition with door ($1300), full solar system, OPTIMA battery ($360!), Renogy charge controller, Renogy 160W solar panel, and a battery isolator that connects the car battery to the OPTIMA aux battery, redirecting current from the car's alternator to the the aux battery when the isolator detects the car battery is full (excellent way to keep battery full on a cloudy day when solar doesn't keep up with aux battery needs).
Only one owner, no accidents, clean title in hand, excellent condition just has a few small scratches in paint from rubbing against bushes. I built this van as a passion project. Drives great, this has the upgraded V8 engine at 375 Horsepower (!), tons of power for anything you need, can tow 9500 lbs for any travel trailers. Located in Las Vegas NV. Super heavy duty roof rack can support tons of weight. I installed a Lifeproof panel onto the roof rack which makes a very comfortable rooftop balcony/seat. Roof rack also has a bike rack so you can bring your bike along. The interior floor is made of LifeProof planks and R-10 XPS insulation.
Interior is set up to be extremely flexible. I used a folding cot and would swap it out for a table to get work done on the road. Very modular due to the shelving system. It comes with a dozen or so huge heavy duty shelves capable of holding hundreds of pounds each. They can easily be unscrewed and moved up and down, giving you unlimited customization options. Would be really easy to throw a fridge into the shelves. The 12v fuse block is ready to accept new devices and has plenty of overhead with the large solar system.
I put a ton of care into building this van and sad to see it go but I've developed a health issue that makes travel difficult. This van was only owned by one person, had all routine maintenance and was kept very clean (no smoking/pets/kids). Hoping someone else can make great memories with it.
