Description
This is an ideal project truck. Work was started on this about 3 years ago and has been sitting ever since. We put in a battery to move this in the yard to take photos of it the other day and it started and ran no problems at all.
It was a great vehicle to us but we now have a Wagon due to our expanding family, so this one needs to go. I no longer have the time or want to spend on it, so make me an offer.
**********THE GOOD
- White Nissan patrol GQ Ute, 4x4
- 3 seater
- 5 speed manual
- 4 .2 Litre petrol motor (original diesel engine was replaced with this one in 2009)
- Leaf spring
- Bull bar
- Towbar
- 31 inch all terrain tyres
- New Monroe Shock Absorbers
- New steering dampener
- Chassis, diffs, gearbox and drivetrain etc sandblasted and re-sprayed black
- Engine bay sanded back and re-sprayed black
- Bullbar stripped back and re-sprayed black
- The whole interior has been hand sanded and re-sprayed white
- Brakes and clutch in good working order
- Tyres in good condition
- Low ratio 4x4 etc all works fine
- THERE IS NO RUST ON THIS VEHICLE AND IT HAS NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT
********THE BAD
- Needs a new battery
- Factory AC not working
- Needs a new tray (tray shown in photo's, not sold with this vehicle)
- Brush bars and side steps need to be stripped back and re-sprayed before being refitted to the vehicle
- Bonnet, passenger door and plenum chamber still need to be stripped back and re-sprayed
- Grill to be refitted along with side mirrors also
- Needs a new exhaust from manifold back. I have the tail piece with muffler and can supply with sale, if buyer wishes to take this also
There really is not alot of work to finish this off and get it back on the road again. I will even sell with the spare white paint I have left over. As stated, this has been sitting for 3 odd years now and I just want this sold and out of the yard. Selling unregistered, with no rwc. Sold as is, where is.
