2012 Nissan Patrol 50th anniversary Simpson pack with rwc rego 3.0 turbo diesel

Here I have my father in laws 2012 Nissan Patrol 3.0 turbo diesel Simpson 50th Anniversary edition for sale. He's not Ebay savvy hence me doing the ad for him.
He's owned it since new and it's never let him down. He's 65ish and into fishing so you know the Patrol hasn't been "Hooned around" and has been looked after.
It's had an expensive uprated clutch fitted by Nissan even though his boat is well under the Patrol's towing weight.
It has full Nissan main dealer service history and will have it's due service doone once sold for piece of mind.
It has a tow bar only used for towing his fishing boat a few K's from home to the water and back again every so often.
The K's on the car have been put on from him driving from Melbourne to his holiday house in South Australia so very much freeway K's. He's retired so no business use.
Being the Simpson special edition the car benefits from having the Simpson front nudge bar, Simpson spare wheel hardcase, Simpson branded floor mats and a few other niceties like a secondary petrol sump tank. Feel free to Google what came with Patrol. Having said this the Simpson roof bars are NOT with the car anymore.
The Patrol can be best described as near immaculate.
The bodywork is free from dents and major marks/scratches.
As I run a busy local car yard I've had it in every few months for full detailing so the interior is almost immaculate. Front seats have always had sheepskin covers fitted. The Simpson mats were never used so are perfect. Boot carpet is slightly marked but is expected at this sort of age and usage. Zero stains on seats or carpets.
The sat-nav/stereo works perfectly. It also benefits from having a reverse park camera fitted to. It has Bluetooth connectivity and has a USB connector in one of the many cubby holes on the dashboard.
Tyres have plenty of tread and are in great condition.
After researching on carsales, Ebay and Gumtree this is the cheapest 1 owner, Full dealer service history, very well looked after Simpson pack equipped Patrol on the market in my opinion.
The car comes with a current roadworthy certificate but all Vicroads transfer fees need to be paid for by the purchaser.
This is a private sale by my father in law so there are no warranties or guarantees offered or inferred unless still current by the manufacturer.

He is not desperate to sell it so no stupid offers as we will just ignore them! It's cheap enough already. Good quality andf reliability doesn't come much better than Nissan Turbo diesel engines!
Having said that he's happy to negotiate a mutually beneficial deal but you will need to view the Patrol first.
He's only selling as he likes to change his cars every few years.
Any inspection or test drive welcomed. RACV inspections welcomed but at the purchasers cost.
Bank transfer, cash or cheque are accepted as payment but the cheque/bank transfer will have to clear before the Patrol can be picked up.
