Description
For sale: track only R31 Skyline sedan.
Japanese RB25DE engine with stainless Fujitsubo headers and new side outlet exhaust (new, white as per pics)4.11 rear with spool6 point rollcage with 'X' in main hoop. Cage is not log booked, but it was built by Bonds to be CAMS compliant as per 2013 specs. R32 GTS front brakes, Commodore rears, Wilwood bias valveKoni shocksZ31 front struts with HSD coilovers, 5 stud front hubsUprated sway barSuperpro bushesSparco 17x8 Python wheelsCustom wiring loomMomo steering wheelA lot of work has gone into this car, but I'm going racing in Gp S instead.
I have mountains of spares, including three full sets of identical wheels, all with tyres, Microtech ECU (not fitted), several panels, a roof (to infill the sunroof), a spare gearbox and RB30 (good condition).
The spares to be included in the sale depend on the sale price. $4500 sale price will include NO spares. For $4500 there will be one set of wheels included. $6000 buys all the spares.
Ideally set up for track days or drift. Thousands of small changes and modifications all aimed at speed and reliability. Turbo this high-compression engine and you'll be flying. Perfect for Improved Production.
Log book: car does not have a log book, nor does the cage.
Lap times: I am a pretty crappy driver, and I have done 1.50 at Winton. It has a few more seconds in it in its current form, but the car has only just been finished and driven twice, so it has lots of scope to improve the setup. It could be lowered at least an inch (easy with coilovers) and run probably 2 degrees more camber and way more caster. Softer springs would also help with corner entry and exit - they're $100 per pair, so easy to fine tune.
Can deliver within Melbourne.
I won't accept any offers without prior inspection.
If you don't need the cage, I might consider offers with it removed.
