Nissan Skyline r34 GTT, Manual and immaculate

Up for sale is my beloved R34. I've been the owner for 3 years and since then it has been taken care of immaculately. Mechanically sound this car drives and handles great on the road. Exterior wise, the car had a fresh coat of nissan black paint done a year ago and maintained regulary. This car was a daily till about 1.5 years ago when i took at if the road due to getting a ute. It has never been raced, or thrashed.
Reason for sale is that unfortunately I haven't had time for it and will be moving interstate soon and cant bring it down with me.
There are no dints or scratches. The specs/aftermarket parts list are as follows:
Exterior
- Rota grid wheels, 18 x8.5 front, 18x9 rear.(slight rash)
- Tyres, fronts kuhmos with 100% tread(brand new), rears are federal 595's (70-80%)
- Body kit, Full East Bear kit purchased from JSAI (includes front splitter + extra splittler at no charge). Rear spoiler is a R34 GTR with carbon fiber blade.
- Front height adjustable coilover suspension
- Front slotted rotors
Interior.
- Head unit, Double din high end Kenwood unit capable of bluetooth, ipod, dvd, screen capture and rear view setup capabilities.
- Genuine nismo 300km/hr cluster
- Seats are in great repair, no tears or splits. (also non smoker)
Engine.
- Front mount intercooler installed
- Spitfire coilpacks
- Cold air intake with K&N filter

Cons:
Currently the passenger side electric window switch isn't functioning, Probably due to the painters not reconnecting the switch when finishing up the job. The window and window motor work perfectly fine however and the window can be operated from the drivers side.
Lastly the car isn't registered at the moment. I have taken it to get a Rego check and it has passed and can provide evidence upon viewing to show there is nothing wrong with the car to pass inspection.
