Still runs and drives
For sale is my Skyline R33 GTR. It unfortunately was in a accident, round a corner to fast, span 180 into a tree. It could definitely be fixed and is not recorded as a write off. The car still runs and drives fine.
Last year it had a bottom end rebuild by WK Auto solutions in Long eaton. They are tuning specialists. The original bottom end went so the thought was to start making the engine stronger ready for more power when the time comes and finances allow. So a good r32 gtr block was found and built with the following spec:
CP pistons
Manley Rods and arp's
ACL race Rod and main bearings
N1 Oil Pump
ARP Head Stud Kit
ARP Main Stud kit
Block skimmed and bored
New Crank collar and gasket set
New Cam belt
The car was built back up with the standard head, cams, and turbos and they were going to be done further down the line when finances allowed. as you can imagine all this work cost a small fortune alone. Unfortunately now the head seems to have gone porus and is allowing oil into coolant. It does still run fine and doesn't smoke at all, I wouldn't advise doing this with the oil/coolant issue though.
The interior is in excellent condition, just needs a good clean. all electrics work fine. The gearbox worked without any issues or grinding. New uprated clutch was also fitted. New power steering rack and ball joints etc.
