Nissan: Xterra s-v6 4X4

Absolutely wonderful 2008 Nissan Xterra S 4x4. While on paper this is a two owner vehicle, it has been in my family since it was bought new in 2008. It's never had a mechanical flaw of any kind, has a clean Carfax (which I will provide upon request), and has been regularly serviced since day 1. It passed Maryland state inspection approximately 4 months ago and Maryland emissions just 2 months ago. The only noticeable imperfections (beyond your regular wear and tear of course) are a worn spot on the left edge of the drivers seat (see picture below) and a small warn spot on the drivers side floor mat.
Included with this vehicle is a brand-new, extremely high-quality leather seat kit. The kit is top notch and ready for your install - as with all high-quality leather interiors it will require a professional to do so!
