For Sale Nissan X-trail 2.2 dci,
Immaculate interior with very few bumper marks externally. Only selling due to change in job circumstances.
Brought the car late Last year with the intention of keeping it for the rest of its lifetime, as such did all work needed to keep it in pristine condition. Front brakes have had disc and pads changed and calliper sliders and shims serviced. Both front bearings have been changed as have drivers side lower arm/ ball joint and both track rod ends; this also included having a 4 wheel alignment performed to make sure it was all set up correctly. There is no other mechanical work that i identified would need attention, i am not a mechanic but i do like my cars to be well looked after.
The car had a full filter and oil service (oil, fuel, cabin) and belt change earlier this year. The car does not have full service history but when brought it was shown to have had quite a lot of its big service work done, including having new chain tensioners and full gear box oil changes.
If i was being picky i would highlight there is a ruggedness about the engine noise, however these where never a quiet engine from the factory and there is certainly nothing to suggest the engine is lacking in power or giving any other signs of problems occurring.
Whilst the car has a tow bar fitted, when we purchased the car it had no electrics in place (this has now been fixed) and there was nothing to suggest it previously had. So whilst i cannot say for sure it has not been used for towing i can say it did not have elections in place and the original looms where all present and uncut (pre me installing the wiring loom). Its only towing duties for us has been a tow bar mounted bike rack.
The car is available for viewing and reasonable test drive.
As always the car is being advertised elsewhere and the sale may be pulled at any time.
We have set a reserve price on the auction which is on par with the part exchange price being offered by the dealership we are trading it in at; so this is very much a short listing to try and sell the car to a genuine buyer that will appreciate it as we have rather than via a dealership. So the car will not be sold for less than its reserve and will no longer be available for sale after 1st September.
As expected this is a collection only item and our payment preference would be cash on collection, thank-you.
