Description
Selling my recently purchased 2006 Patrol I only bought the car about a month and a half ago so ago with the intention of turning it into a tourer to do a few trips throughout Aus in, however my a##hole boss has sacked me without any notice what so ever and now I'm left with a car and house loan to pay off..so much to my disappointment the car must go.
Since I purchased the vehicle I have done the following in preparation for our trips -
New Radiator, system flush and new coolant.
New Tough Dog 41mm Foam Cell heavy duty shocks front and rear
New Tough Dog heavy duty steering stabilizer
Both diffs oils changed using quality oil and Nulon G70 anti-friction treatment.
Engine flushed and new synthetic oil and filter
New 3" inch exhaust from turbo back (has bung in dump pipe for pyro to be fitted)
New air and fuel filters
Fitted oil catch can (I have a Dawes Valve kit also but is not fitted but is included in sale, also comes with EGR blocking plate))
New rear sway bar bushes (I have the front ones also just haven't got around to fitting them yet)
New HID driving lights (not wired up yet)
UHF Antenna does not come with vehicle (No UHF unit fitted yet)
Car is in excellent condition previous owner was extremely fussy its never been offroad before I owned it and I've only done a couple of short camping trips in it so far nothing serious. Extremely disappointed I have to sell it took me months to find a decent one that had not been used as a bush basher, it drives very nice and its awesome on fuel about 10ltrs⁄100km which is pretty damn good for a car weighing 2.4 tonnes!!! Goes well too the exhaust made a huge difference to power and economy.
