New Bumper, sheet metal, roof, interior, aluminum water pump and manifold, suspension, tires, etc15 inch rims, aluminum rad, electric fans and choke, speakers in trunk, full instrumentation, period correct paint job, documentation history from M.O.T. and G.M. Canada. Looks and drives like new. “Convertible 1971 Oldsmobile 4-4-2. This car features an automatic transmission putting the power down on SSI 15×7 wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich T/A Radials. Featuring a newer black convertible top with recently serviced hydraulics this handsome 442 stands tall in classic and desirable Venetian Red over a mostly original and very presentable black interior. This particular car also boasts power steering, power disc brakes, fully functional dash including gauges, working radio, power convertible top, 455 cid big block engine, and much moreVehicle shows very well sporting a well kept restoration, paint is very presentable overall with few minor imperfections and interior is very clean with no visible issues .”

This handsome Olds 442 Convertible represents the last of a wonderful era in American automotive history. In 1971, the 4-4-2 was an actual stand alone model. It also has the exhaust cut out rear bumper, correct 442 badges, and optional rear deck spoiler, side striping, fender and decklid badging, hood scoops, black grille with silver surround, black headlight bezels, round parking lights in the front bumper and horizontal tail lights, as well as correct factory 15″ Oldsmobile rally wheels with BF Goodrich TA Radials, power steering, power brakes, automatic transmission, and more.
Overall exterior condition is quite good, paint presents well with no damage. Convertible top in good condition as well and in working order. Interior also shows well and boasts original dash, original door panels nice seat upholstery with no rips or tears, clean carpets and more. Engine compartment is driver quality but retains all of its correct equipment and is clean and very presentable. Overall, this is a very original, solid and well optioned high quality driver that will be at home at any show or cruise event. The horn, gauges, lights and wipers all function on this 442 and power convertible top.
Odometer currently shows 99,456 miles and is believed to be actual mileage, however, due to age of vehicle I can not guarantee an actual mile claim. Car is sold with a clear actual mileage Ontario title.
