Description
Garage kept and very clean. Have not had the time to drive the car very often lately. Sometimes has a hard start and needs to warm up, but runs strong when warm. The carburetor was just rebuilt (Holley 750 cfm) and the top half of the fuel lines were replaced. New spark plugs, alternator and battery. New MSD 6AL ignition control, ignition coil, and distributor cap. The previous owner had a performance cam put in, I’m not sure which kind. Dual exhaust with glass pack mufflers. Previous owner completely rebuilt the motor the year before he sold the car. I've had the car for just over 5 years and have driven her less than 3000 miles annually.
A/C blows fine, but is not cold. Likely just needs a charge, but I’m not 100% sure of that.
Convertible top is in good shape and the motor works. The hydraulic lines may need to be replaced and fluid refilled. The top will go down but will not go up via power. I bought the lines, but haven’t had the opportunity to put them in. They will come with the car.
Interior is in great shape. Back seat speakers work well, but have a speaker cover over them that isn’t all that appealing (see picture).
Car sold as is.
Overall a great car that I’ve owned for years. I haven’t been able to drive her much recently and now have a baby on the way, which will likely reduce her drivability even more. The car deserves to be with an owner who will take advantage of owning a car like this.
