Description

Full size photosClassic Car Addict is excited to present to you this 1967 Oldsmobile Cutlass for sale in our Mesa, AZ showroom. It’s equipped with a rebuilt 330 cubic inch engine bored to 0 making it a 350ci, with a Tremec TKO600, and 750 Holley carb. If you're looking for an iconic muscle-car, you can't do much better than this straight and well-loved 1967 Oldsmobile Cutlass. With a great red-on-black color combination, a strong-running V8 powerplant, and a lot of character, this is a very appealing alternative to the usual late-60s cruisers and muscle cars you normally see. The '67 Cutlass is a great looking car. The extra wide headlights and stacked taillights gave these a mature appearance that looked like they owned the road. It's 54 years old now, but the super straight bodywork contributes to the overall high-quality look, and the sharp Oldsmobile fender arches and peaked fenders look particularly crisp in the vivid red finish. There are a few signs of age here and there, but that's easy to forgive on a car that looks like it's always waiting to go on a road trip. All the chrome and trim are largely original and its condition, more than anything else, tells you just how well-maintained this car really is. The Cutlass has original bench seat and the black upholstery is in great shape. It features black carpets, floor mats, and even the windshield surround, but it all works quite well and seems to be about the same age. The standard factory instruments are up high where they belong, covering speed and fuel level, and for an original car, the dials are in remarkably good condition. Additional auto gauge oil pressure volt and temperature auxiliary gauges below the dash. With a fully functioning auto gauge tachometer above the steering wheel to give you full display of RPMs as your shifting through the gears. The door panels are excellent, and the three-spoke steering wheel has a stylish look that matches Oldsmobile's forward-looking brand. There's room for plenty of family and friends, but this Olds is also great when it's just you! Oldsmobile's wonderfully sporting 330 bored to 0 making it a very stout 350 cubic inch V8 that provides just the right kind of power for the Cutlass's dual nature. Smooth and docile in traffic, it never gets cranky, but when you crack the throttle, it offers up a healthy serving of torque to make the car feel light and quick on its feet. The engine bay is nicely detailed with a matching coated Edelbrock intake on top of the Oldsmobile Gold engine, and there's lots of evidence of recent work everywhere you look. The smooth shifting Tremec 5-speed manual transmission performs well in daily operation, and it sounds throaty with the JR exhaust manifolds. Upgraded Edelbrock intake for aluminum heads, guide plates, rocker studs, pro magnum stainless steel roller rockers, and 520/542 camshaft and lifters. We can’t forget to mention the upgraded chrome Hurst shifter. This Old’s has clean floors, front and rear coil overs, upgraded suspension (Strange surloc), and options like power steering and Wilwood disc brakes (not power breaks), mean that this is a car that's built to cruise and does it exceedingly well! The American Racing alloy wheels and radial tires give the car a timeless muscle car look! Go and count how many Chevelle’s and GTO’s show up at the next cruise night. Then go count the Oldsmobile’s. If you like to stand out in a good way, this bright red Cutlass is your answer. This vehicle will be sold on a clean title, receipt book, and original 67 Oldsmobile brochure and pamphlet.
